So it's e-learning week for me, and it has been extra hectic due to the amount of work we have. Nevertheless, I still feel glad cause I finished most of them on time, just left with the damn excel files. Perhaps I'm gonna wake up early tomorrow to try do them before I meet ych for our dental appt. Oh yes, today Wj Nevine and patchat came and we did our trial baking for EBA. It turned out okay, just that we had to make two batches with a different mix and took some time to figure out the difference between icing and frosting. Hahahaha but overall I enjoyed it: )
Still worrying about the real baking session on Sunday, I'm afraid we won't be able to handle the whole kitchen:/ and having to produce so many orders by Monday, really not confident man. oh well. Since orders are already taken, no choice but to try our best then:B

And yes, CT is coming in 2 weeks. That's damn fast, time really waits for no one huh. gotta start making my notes and studying like real soon.
